By downloading or using the MyDharmsala mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyDharmsala, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyDharmsala is a mobile application developed by Shree Akhil Bhartiya Acharya Bhramin Dharmshala, Pushkar that allows users to:

• Browse and search for room availability
• Book rooms and accommodations
• Manage membership accounts
• Participate in voting activities
• View booking history and manage reservations
• Make payments for bookings

3. User Registration & Account

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Booking & Payment Terms

All room bookings and payments made through the App are subject to the following:

• Booking confirmations are sent via email and/or in-app notification
• Cancellation policies vary and are displayed during the booking process
• Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay
• Refunds are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of technical errors or unavailability

5. Membership

Users may apply for membership through the App. Membership is subject to:

• Verification of provided information
• Approval by Shree Akhil Bhartiya Acharya Bhramin Dharmshala management
• Compliance with Dharmshala rules and regulations
• Periodic renewal as per Dharmshala policies

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Engage in any activity that could harm the Dharmshala's reputation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to Shree Akhil Bhartiya Acharya Bhramin Dharmshala, Pushkar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Akhil Bhartiya Acharya Bhramin Dharmshala, Pushkar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Dharmshala.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pushkar, Rajasthan.
